Supervise and coordinate overall administrative activities.
Our team members are responsible for an incomparable customer experience.
Assign administrative staff , following up on work results.
Assist Operations Manager with organization of Shop and Mechanics.
Assist Sales Representatives as needed Assist in collections when necessary Create sales and production reports weekly for management Benefit administration Workmans comp claim administration Auto insurance claim administration DOT record keeping DHEC record keeping in conjunction with accounting office W9 and COI request fulfillment Various other duties as needed Requirements HS Diploma or GED Required 5
years of administrative or office management experience with minimum of 2 years leadership experience Working knowledge in MS Office Working knowledge of Quickbooks Comfortable learning custom software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Job Type:
