Summary:
This position is responsible for assisting with client services, office administration and supporting portfolio managers to ensure a positive client experience.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Process account administration requests from clients and portfolio managers, resolve inquiries, and provide guidance to ensure key information and documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
Prepare account paperwork and verify account maintenance items, maintain account information, organize, scan and maintain all client files, evaluate the day-to-day activities for continuous improvement, coordinate and assist with set up of client events/seminars, Provide telephone coverage, make business travel arrangements, coordinate client meetings, perform regular file and calendar maintenance.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Education:
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, finance or another relevant field and a Series 65 license is required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire as a condition of employment
Experience:
Five years of relevant client services experience required.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
