Responsibilities:
We are currently adding a Customer Service Representative to the team.
This role is responsible for delivering excellent service over the phone.
The representatives typically take requests for service, service complaints, and inquiries about available services and pricing.
They also take payments and answer questions about items that can be placed in cans, etc.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will be committed to delivering service with a smile.
Primary schedule is M-F days.
OT is available.
