- Seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our restoration construction company.
- 2 years of restoration experience on the project management side.
- No certifications or degree required.
- Must have a clean driving record to travel to project sites.
- Responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring successful restoration and construction outcomes.
- Accurately maintain timesheets to track project progress and hours worked.
- Balance workload with approximately 60% field work and 40% office work.
- Manage purchase orders and coordinate with vendors for necessary materials and supplies.
- Conduct preproduction work, including site assessments, cost estimates, and project planning.
- Possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
- Maintain a customer-centered approach, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring attention to detail.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding project status and updates.
- Uphold a high standard of quality and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
